Researchers from Israel Visits the Office of International Programmes

The University of Ibadan, Office of International Programmes, hosted a group of researchers from Israel known as the TERAN group. They were received at the office of International Programmes by the Director, Professor Oluwatoyin Odeku who welcomed them to the University. The guest will be participating in an upcoming project titled PRONS while also facilitating a Departmental seminar at the Department of Zoology. Among guest present are the representatives and Researchers from Ben Gurion University, Israel Eli Aflao, Amil Saraya, Eyal Aviol and Professor Amir Sagi, among present at the event were, Head of Department Zoology-Professor Adiaha A.A Ugwumba and Lecturer from Zoology- Dr. Aina. A, staffs of OIP Mrs. A. Bankole, Mr. P.E Oghinan and Mr. Emmanuel.

The purpose of their visit to the University is to embark on a project which is about technology for geo-science and to see how they can propagate their aims and objectives towards this project, PRONS will be the first of its kind in Africa and they want to see how University of Ibadan will be a pilot place for the project.
