Visit from Penn State University, USA. On 11 February, 2025, a team visit University of Ibadan from Penn State University USA, to seek for further collaboration with the University of Ibadan. the visit was initiated by an illustrious alumni of UI, Oba (Prof) Sakariya Adelola matemilola (FNSE) the Olowu of Owu Kingdom. The team was led by Prof. Peter Idowu, a professor of Electrical Engineering and Assistant dean of graduate Studies who gave a brief insight into the structure and operation of Penn State University, highlighting various areas of possible collaboration.
