French Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Jerome Pasquier visits the University of Ibadan

The French Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr.Jerome Pasquier visited the University of Ibadan on the 14th of May 2019. He was warmly received by the University Vice-Chancellor Professor A.I. Olayinka. Shortly after this, the French Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr.Jerome Pasquier delivered a lecture at the Senate Chamber on global warming and its effect on France and Nigeria. Other dignitaries present at the lecture were Dean of Faculties, Directors, and the University Management Board comprising of the Vice-Chancellor Professor A.I. Olayinka, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Professor Adebola B. Ekanola, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Professor K.O Adebowale, and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, innovation and Partnership), Professor Adenike K. Adeyemo, The Registrar, Faluyi O. Olubunmi and the Bursar, Dr. Michael Akinade.

A campus tour was organised by the Director, of the Office of International Programme, Professor Edith O. Ajaiyeoba on behalf of the office of International Programmes for the French Ambassador and his entourage, visiting places of interest and aesthetic values in the University community.
