A Fulbright Global Research fellow, Professor Judith Byfield from Cornell University, United States of America who is availed the opportunity to work collaboratively with international partners in educational, political, cultural and economic fields visited the University of Ibadan for her fellowship programme and was given a warm reception at the Office of International Programme on Wednesday 22^nd of May 2019; Professor Judith Byfield was in the company of the team from Institute of African Studies and was received by the Director, of the Office of International Programme, Professor Edith O. Ajaiyeoba.

The Fulbright’s program is aimed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries depending on a commitment from Fulbright’s Fellows to establish open communication and long-term cooperative relationships.
